About Anastasia
Anastasia's Story
Anastasia is a social dance teacher based in the Pioneer Valley, MA. She teaches, performs, and choreographs ballroom, latin, salsa, bachata, swing, and more.
She began dancing at the age of 4 in Tver, Russia and spent her teens competing and performing internationally in the group Up With People.
Anastasia taught dance in the DVD series "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Ballroom Dancing" in 2006 and appeared in the salsa documentary film "La Epoca" by Josue Joseph. At Amherst College, she coaches the Salsa & Bachata Dance Club.
Over the past 20 years, Anastasia has taught the art of social dance to hundreds of students.
